Cancellations / Reschedules
1) Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded except for in emergency cases. Sessions cancelled with appropriate notice will either be rescheduled, or will rollover to the following month. If the cancelled session is rolled over, the following month’s payment will be adjusted.
2) During winter months there will be cancellations due to weather. Due to the itinerant nature of the services being provided, clients are responsible for monitoring the weather in their area and providing appropriate notice for weather cancellations.
3) All sessions for a given month are to be paid in full on the first of the month. There will be a $15 late fee for payments not received by the 5th of the month if payment plans have not been previously discussed.
